Check your spam folder first, and search your inbox for "Site Office Pro". If it is not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend your download link straight away. You do not need an order number.
IF A FILE WON'T OPEN OR A FORMULA LOOKS WRONG
Tell us which file it is, which program you opened it with (Excel on Windows or Mac, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs or Pages) and what you see. A screenshot helps. We will walk you through it. The Start Here guide also shows how to open everything, step by step.
IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION BEFORE BUYING
Ask. Tell us your trade, the size of your crew and the country you work in, and we will tell you honestly whether the toolkit fits, including when it does not.
IF YOU SPOT A MISTAKE
Tell us the file, the sheet and the cell. We will check it and fix it in the next version, which every customer gets free.
WHAT WE CANNOT DO
We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice, we cannot check a contract or a price for a specific job, and we do not build custom spreadsheets. The toolkit gives you the numbers; the decisions stay yours.
