These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of siteofficepro.com and your purchase of digital products from Site Office Pro. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Site Office Pro sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped. The Contractor's Office Toolkit is a set of downloadable files: ready-to-fill templates as Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and Word documents (.docx), which also open in Google Sheets, Google Docs and Pages; short guides and reference cards as PDF files; and audio lessons as MP3 files. The exact contents are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY

Files are delivered instantly. After payment you receive your download link on the confirmation page and by email, normally within a minute. If the email does not arrive, or a link stops working, email us at support@siteofficepro.com and we will restore your access. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep and use offline. You do not need to create an account, and there is no subscription.

NEW VERSIONS

When we publish an improved version of a template or guide you bought, you get it free. We send it by email to the address you used at checkout.

LICENCE

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable licence to use the files in your own business.

• You may use them for as many jobs as you like, on any device you or your business own, and share them with your own employees and crew.
• You may edit every file, add your logo and your prices, and give the documents you fill in (proposals, quotes, change orders, bills, reports) to your own clients.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share outside your business, publish or upload the files themselves, blank or as templates, in whole or in part, whether free or paid.
• You may not include the files, or any substantial part of them, in another product, bundle, course or software.

NOT LEGAL, TAX OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE

The templates are business tools: they do the math from the numbers you type in and keep a written record. They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or insurance advice, and they do not replace a professional. Contract wording, lien and payment rules, consumer protection rules, licensing requirements and tax rules differ from place to place: before you rely on a proposal, change order or any other document with a client, check that it meets the rules where you work, with your own advisor if needed. You are responsible for the numbers you enter, the prices you quote and the decisions you make.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices on this website are shown in US dollars. At checkout you may see the price in your local currency. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers through the Shopify checkout; we never see or store your full card details. Prices and product contents may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Discount codes apply only when entered at checkout and cannot be applied afterwards.

REFUNDS

Every purchase is covered by our 90-day "Send Your Next Bid With It" guarantee. One email, no form, nothing to return. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE EU AND UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and downloading the files, you give that consent. This does not affect your other statutory rights, and it does not limit our 90-day guarantee, which is more generous than the law requires.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The templates, formulas, layouts, guides, cards, audio lessons, worked examples, text and design are the property of Site Office Pro and are protected by copyright. Your licence lets you use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership.

TRADEMARKS

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google Sheets and Google Docs are trademarks of Google LLC. Pages is a trademark of Apple Inc. Site Office Pro is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

ACCURACY

We test every template and check the worked example carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every file is free of error or suited to every job. If you find a mistake, tell us at support@siteofficepro.com: we will check it and fix it in the next version, which you get free.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, lost jobs, pricing errors, disputes with clients or other indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the files, and our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
